bmp Ventures announces successful exit from pure-systems within a trade sale
MAGDEBURG & BERLIN, 4 Octobre 2023 — bmp Ventures AG has realized an exit from its IT investment pure-systems GmbH for its managed IBG funds in a trade sale to PTC Inc. (“PTC”).
The addition of pure-systems is expected to strengthen PTC’s leading position in the fast-growing application lifecycle management (ALM) market. The IBG funds have helped support pure-systems since seed phase.
Said Dr. Danilo Beuche, founder and CEO of pure-systems: “The joining with PTC enables us to expand beyond our current customers and industries. But the fact that we have come so far is also due to the good framework conditions here at the Magdeburg site – be it the many qualified employees or the active support from the state funds and bmp.”
