Startup Gladiator by bmp Ventures invests in EO (Earth Observation) Startup XSUPRA
Berlin, 08.07.2024 – XSUPRA GmbH, a young company in the field of Earth Observation (EO) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), proudly announces the closing of its first pre-seed funding round. The investment by bmp Ventures with the IBG funds will enable XSUPRA to further develop its innovative technologies and take the first steps towards market launch.
AI in Agriculture: The Next Big Wave
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is set to revolutionize agriculture. While satellite-based approaches, such as field vegetation monitoring, are already widespread, AI brings new and exciting opportunities to the industry. About the IBG Funds
The IBG funds, headquartered in Magdeburg, are the venture capital funds of the country of Saxony-Anhalt – they provide capital to young, innovative technology companies with sustainable and above average growth potential, based in Saxony-Anhalt. By the end of 2023, IBG launched the new venture capital fund, RKF IV, with a volume of 63 million euros. The fund is financed by the state and the European Union and invests in innovative startups in Saxony-Anhalt in the seed, early stage, and expansion. The IBG funds are managed by bmp Ventures AG.
