Technological research and development in high-frequency circuitry

Silicon Radar develops and markets highly integrated millimeter wave circuits (MMICs) at the highest technological level, manufactured on the basis of low-cost silicon germanium (SiGe) technology. The front-ends developed by Silicon Radar operate within free license bands at very high frequencies.

This makes it possible to miniaturize semiconductor products and even integrate the antennas into the chip package. This makes the radar sensors very compact, extremely precise and easy to handle.
