Technology for recycling composites using separating liquids

saperatec is developing a technology that enables an environmentally-friendly process for separating composite materials using surfactant-based chemical microemulsion solutions. The process enables multilayer composite materials, which have so far been disposed of mainly by incineration, to be broken down into their original components and the raw materials recovered to be fed back into the value chain as high-quality single-variety materials for a wide range of industrial applications.
