Decarbonisation of the lime and cement industry.

Litherm Technologies GmbH is developing a fully electric calcination technology for the climate-neutral production of lime and cement. The Litherm process completely avoids fossil fuels, produces no flue gas and provides the unavoidable process CO₂ as a pure by-product for CCU or CCS applications. The aim is to decarbonise one of the most emission-intensive basic industries.
